Delete your data
Request permanent deletion of your Lockin account and personal data at any time, however you signed up.
How to request deletion
- Email support@unbolted.co.in from the address linked to your account with the subject Delete my account.
- We confirm your identity against the account on file.
- We delete your profile, photos, messages, matches and account records within a reasonable time, except records we must keep by law (such as payment history).
If you signed in with Facebook
Removing Lockin in Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites stops further data flowing from Facebook but does not delete your Lockin account. Use the steps above.
